How does the sorting process work?
Our landing page asks customers to rate your company between 1-5 stars. If the customer chooses 5 stars, we send them to a third-party review platform to post their review. If they choose less than 5 stars, we ask them to submit the review privately on our website.
What information is collected from users?
When users give you a negative rating, we collect their name, email address and their review. You'll be able to view this information in the client portal at any time. We do not distribute this information anywhere publicly and it's deleted when your account is canceled.
How do I send your link to customers?
This is completely your decision. The easiest way is to add your link at the bottom of all automated emails and newsletters that are sent out by your company. You could also include it on your website or do periodic email blasts to your customers asking for reviews.
Which platform are customers sent to?
Our system dynamically sends customers to whichever platform you need 5-star reviews on the most. This is determined based on your overall rating across each platform along with the number of reviews on each of them. Our system handles this automatically.
How often are your ratings updated?
We check your ratings on each platform at least once every 24 hours. However, we do check more frequently when multiple platforms have the same overall rating to make sure that we're always sending your customers to the platform that needs reviews the most.
Can you add a new review platform for me?
Probably, send us an email and we'll look into it. You don't even need to be an existing customer. We can't make any guarantees, but it doesn't normally take us longer than a few days to determine if a review platform can be added and about a week to get it setup.
